How Our Monitoring Service Works
The Wintertek monitoring service was developed following feedback from several clients who were having difficulty ensuring that their Websites, Email, DNS, database servers and their related services were functioning. In many cases one of our customers would receive a phone call from a client asking them what the problem was, which was very embarrasing.
As a solution to end that embarrasment we came up with a way to monitor our clients systems which would not only alert our client, but also alert us so we could immediately dispatch a technician to resolve the issue.
The Wintertek monitoring station is configured to conduct RFC-compliant protocol tests on your servers, network services, and hardware devices like routers, etc.
Please note that some of the monitoring services provided will require a Remote Monitoring Agent (RMA) to be installed.
The Process
Below is a list of steps we have developed to ensure nothing is missed in setting up the monitoring process.
- Review our Terms of Service, and payment options as well as our Privacy & Security policies.
- Complete the application form on the SignUp page.
- Consult with Wintertek on what devices & services you would like monitored.
- Fill out and sign the application.
- Mail the application to:

- Once the application is received a representetive will contact you for review.
- Arrange a payment method (quarterly, bi-yearly, or yearly).
- An invoice will be generated and sent to you for review and payment.
- Mail the check payable to:
